I was updated the whole time by (Jenny) she was amazing. I will use her again once I am ready to reorder :) I only wish they supplied tumbler care cards like most companies other than that I was very pleased good sublimation, great communication, fast shipment and even checked to make sure they arrived on time.

These are really good sublimation tumblers it even appears they sub even better than the last set of tumblers I had from another supplier. I completed my order on a Sunday and had them that following Friday. The price was also the best price I could find. I will definitely continue to use this supplier for my tumblers going forward. these tumblers are absolutely wonderful! I ordered 25 to try them, blew through them in a week & just ordered a case of 50. shipping was fast. they have a u.s warehouse, so message them if you'd like them shipped fast!

I received this order but I had purchased 2 orders the tracking numbers have gotten mixed up because fedex is still telling me this orderis in transit and the other order had been delivered. it reality this order was delivered and the other lesser order is in transit. that being said the order arrived very fast 5 days from conformation of payment Kevin went above and beyond to help me place and pay for my order. The product seems to be of good quality they are heavier than what I was ordering and are packaged well. The sublimation quality is good and consistent. i will be buying these again so Thanks Kevin for making this process as painless as possible

Very sturdy and clean. Also came in on time. Im ready to personalize them. The picture i took is in inches, just in case if anybody was wondering about the size. 8 3/8 inches tall with the top on. The diameter is 3 inches. Hope this helps someone.

these tumblers are very good quality and keep beverages hot for an extremely long time. The degree to which they are leak proof was amazing in that I could fill them with liquid and hold them upside down and not spill a drop. they take sublimation ink very well.

Product came in super fast and just as it was described. Excellent care was taken to ensure the boxes didn't get ruined. The only thing I don't know yet is how well they sublimate. I'll try to update this review post sublimation. Kevin was AMAZING and had a very easy ordering process.
